Plugin Colibri

Vì Grasshopper không thể làm việc với vòng lặp, bạn cần cài đặt thêm một plugin khác - COLIBRI, plugin này sẽ được sử dụng trong hướng dẫn này.

   

IDEA StatiCa Connection – Thiết kế nút liên kết và thiết lập tham số

Trong ví dụ này, bạn sẽ tạo một liên kết chịu mô men đơn giản bằng cách sử dụng mẫu:

Để có thể làm việc với các tham số, cần bật tab Developer trong Preferences / Advance Settings: 

Trước tiên, bạn cần thiết lập tải trọng theo hình dưới đây:

Bây giờ, bạn cần thiết lập hai tham số cho liên kết này. Tham số đầu tiên sẽ là chiều dày của bản mã đầu dầm. Nhấp vào nút plus trong tab Developer và thay đổi văn bản theo hình:

Để kết nối tham số này với chiều dày bản mã đầu dầm tương ứng, nhấp vào nút link và chọn trường thuộc tính như trong hình dưới đây:

 Tham số thứ hai, bạn sẽ thiết lập đường kính bu lông:

Lưu ý: Biểu thức là văn bản, vì vậy cần sử dụng dấu nháy đơn.

Kết nối tham số này với thao tác tương ứng:

Bây giờ, bạn có thể kiểm tra các liên kết trong tab Model properties:

Vì mục tiêu là làm việc với đường kính bu lông, chúng ta cần thêm các bộ bu lông phù hợp vào tệp:


Cuối cùng, bạn có thể lưu liên kết này với tên Example2.ideaCon.

Grasshopper - Nhập tệp *ideaCon và chỉnh sửa các tham số

Tạo một tài liệu mới, chọn tab Params trên thanh ribbon phía trên và đặt thành phần File Path lên Canvas. 

Nhấp chuột phải vào thành phần và chọn tệp Example2.ideaCon đã lưu trước đó. 

Lưu ý: Nếu bạn mở tệp đính kèm, bạn phải thay đổi đường dẫn này cho phù hợp. 

Bây giờ, thêm các thành phần sau vào canvas và kết nối chúng như hiển thị trong hình.

Import File:

IDEA StatiCa / Connection / Reference Connection
IDEA StatiCa / Connection / Deconstruct Connection
IDEA StatiCa / Connection / Modify Connection

View Parameters:

Tại đây, bạn có thể thêm các thành phần Params / Input / Panel để xem giá trị của các tham số.

Đối với tệp đã chỉnh sửa với các kết quả khác nhau, chúng ta đặt Suffix _updated.

Tại đây, bạn cũng có thể thêm các thành phần Params / Input / Panel để xem giá trị của các kết quả.

Các thành phần Colibri để lặp qua các tổ hợp tham số:

Đối với Input, Value list đầu tiên chứa 3 giá trị (0.010, 0.015, 0.020) cho chiều dày của bản mã đầu dầm.
Danh sách thứ hai chứa ba giá trị (M12 8.8, M14 8.8, M16 8.8) cho đường kính bu lông.
Các kết quả được lưu trong tệp data.csv. Theo mặc định, tệp được lưu tại c:\Colibri; ở đây, bạn nên đặt đường dẫn thành C:/IDEA. Vui lòng đảm bảo bạn có quyền truy cập được cấp phép.

Nhấp vào nút Colibri Inputs / Fly để thực hiện toàn bộ quá trình lặp. Sau một lúc, tệp CSV sẽ được tạo.

Các kết quả trực tiếp với True / False có thể được xem khi mở tệp. 

Diễn giải kết quả

Đối với liên kết cụ thể này, bạn sẽ có kết quả thỏa mãn khi sử dụng 

  • Bu lông M16 8.8 với chiều dày bản mã đầu dầm 10 mm

hoặc

  • Bu lông M14 8.8 với chiều dày bản mã đầu dầm 15 mm

Các ví dụ phức tạp hơn có thể được tìm thấy trên máy tính của bạn trong thư mục
