Shear force transfer in anchoring

Dit artikel is ook beschikbaar in
ENCSDEITNL

For connection models, including anchoring into a concrete block, there are three options for how the shear is transferred from the anchored member into the foundation block.

This option can be modified in the operation that produces the anchors and is defined by the user. No combination of these options is allowed in the software.

Friction (default)

The shear resistance equals the friction coefficient editable in the Code setup multiplied by the compressive load.

Shear lug

The shear lug is simulated as a stub (part of a member) encased in concrete under the base plate.

Anchors

The shear resistance is determined by the shear resistance of anchors.
