"value": "<p>Lassen in de werkplaats is weliswaar nauwkeuriger, maar vereist ook vervoer naar de locatie. En lassen op locatie is vaak duur in uitvoering en overmatig gebruik van lasmaterialen. Lees verder om te leren welke aanpak het beste bij uw projecten past.</p>\n<p>Lassen zijn zeer stijf en worden daarom als veiliger beschouwd. Maar beide manieren van lassen hebben hun voor- en nadelen. </p>\n<p>Lassen op locatie is erg populair geworden bij aannemers met grote bouwprojecten. Maar zoals gezegd brengt lassen extra kosten met zich mee. Aannemers hebben meer ervaren lassers nodig, de werkomstandigheden zijn lastiger, kwaliteitscontroles zijn soms zelfs niet mogelijk en het minder nauwkeurige werk brengt uiteraard hogere materiaalkosten met zich mee, omdat lassers de lasdikte meestal ter plaatse vergroten. </p>\n<p>U weet al dat u met IDEA StatiCa niet alleen de stijfheid van de las kunt berekenen, maar ook de kosten van de verbinding kunt schatten, afhankelijk van het type las, enz. Dat is niets nieuws onder de zon. <a data-item-id=\"dc6882ef-317b-417a-b684-943901355f3d\" href=\"\">U kunt een van onze artikelen lezen over de kostenberekening van de verbinding</a>.</p>\n<p>Maar wij vinden ook dat verbindingsontwerpen zo nauwkeurig mogelijk moeten zijn en toch voldoende verbindingsweerstand moeten bieden. En een van onze functies kan u daarbij helpen.</p>\n<h2>Ontwerpen van contact tussen kolom en voetplaat</h2>\n<p>Stel, u moet een stalen kolom ontwerpen die aan de voetplaat is gelast. De belasting moet worden overgebracht van de bovenbouw naar de fundering. In bepaalde landen is het mogelijk het contact tussen de kolom en zijn voetplaat op te nemen bij de evaluatie van de druksterkte van de verbinding.</p>\n<p>In de meeste normen, zoals de Eurocode, wordt aangenomen dat de belasting alleen door de lassen loopt. Daarom moeten de lassen zo worden ontworpen dat zij de volledige drukkracht van de bovenliggende constructie weerstaan. U kunt zich echter voorstellen dat er een zeker contact bestaat tussen de kolombasis en de voetplaat, nog voordat deze twee aan elkaar zijn gelast.</p>\n<p>In sommige regio's staan de technische handleidingen toe dat dit contact in aanmerking wordt genomen bij de evaluatie van de drukweerstand. Uiteraard zijn er bepaalde criteria waaraan moet worden voldaan om deze benadering te mogen toepassen. Het contact zorgt dan voor een extra weerstand tegen de druksterkte van de basislas, wat tot een economischer ontwerp van de lassen leidt.</p>\n<figure data-asset-id=\"eb79d5c6-d879-4afb-a5c1-5df03982810a\" data-image-id=\"eb79d5c6-d879-4afb-a5c1-5df03982810a\"><img src=\"https://assets-us-01.kc-usercontent.com:443/28eac049-c8ed-00e2-220c-12142a968dff/2a16ecdf-f660-47b6-bb32-9b9aeecf3314/6.png\" data-asset-id=\"eb79d5c6-d879-4afb-a5c1-5df03982810a\" data-image-id=\"eb79d5c6-d879-4afb-a5c1-5df03982810a\" alt=\"\"></figure>\n<p>Het <a data-item-id=\"6a4c43f3-4910-44fa-9a88-a9f70967f647\" href=\"\">model van de las</a> wordt dan ingesteld op een hoge stijfheid. Zodra deze begint te buigen (d.w.z. plastisch te vervormen), wordt het contact geactiveerd en wordt de compressie door het contact opgenomen. Dit leidt tot aanzienlijke waarden van de spanning in de las, zelfs als het contact wordt toegepast. Belangrijk is echter dat de weerstand van de las in afschuiving niet afneemt. De las wordt niet meer gecontroleerd in druk, omdat deze door het contact wordt overgenomen, maar de spanning en afschuiving worden nog steeds aan de las toegewezen en de passende controles worden uitgevoerd.</p>\n<p>In de praktijk voegt u tegelijkertijd een contact <strong>en</strong> een las toe aan de desbetreffende randen van het element (in dit geval de kolom). Vanuit het oogpunt van belastingoverdracht zal het contact alleen in druk werken, terwijl de lassen afschuif- en trekkrachten overbrengen. Stompe lassen zijn van nature niet gecombineerd.</p>\n<figure data-asset-id=\"29ab325a-b8f5-4f92-93af-d4e9a10b81c8\" data-image-id=\"29ab325a-b8f5-4f92-93af-d4e9a10b81c8\"><img src=\"https://assets-us-01.kc-usercontent.com:443/28eac049-c8ed-00e2-220c-12142a968dff/d2b3e9c9-3586-4eeb-963a-70e24edca19c/4.png\" data-asset-id=\"29ab325a-b8f5-4f92-93af-d4e9a10b81c8\" data-image-id=\"29ab325a-b8f5-4f92-93af-d4e9a10b81c8\" alt=\"\"></figure>\n<h3>Beperkingen van de procedure</h3>\n<p>De voorgestelde aanpak kan worden toegepast wanneer de eigenlijke bewerkingen bij de fabricage gewaarborgd zijn: de randen van het gelaste element moeten <strong>nauwkeurig worden bewerkt</strong> zodat er <strong>geen spleet</strong> is tussen de gelaste delen. Vanwege deze strenge criteria is deze procedure beperkt tot bepaalde landen zoals Nederland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk. "value": "<h2>Bout model volgens de CBFEM methode </h2>\n<p>IDEA StatiCa heeft een unieke methode in zijn solver, de <a data-item-id=\"6e068636-6a02-5d0e-89ad-6dcff4e21151\" href=\"\">Component-based Finite Element Method (CBFEM)</a>.. Het boutmodel dat in CBFEM wordt gebruikt, wordt beschreven en geverifieerd aan de hand van verschillende staalontwerpnormen. De weerstand van de bout en de vervormingscapaciteit worden ook vergeleken met de belangrijkste experimentele onderzoeksprogramma's.</p>\n<p>In de Component-Based Finite Element Method (CBFEM) is de bout met zijn gedrag bij trek, afschuiving en stuik het onderdeel dat wordt beschreven door de afhankelijke niet-lineaire veren. De bout onder trek wordt beschreven door de veer met zijn axiale initiële stijfheid, ontwerpweerstand, begin van vloeien en vervormingscapaciteit. Voor het begin van vloeien en vervormingscapaciteit wordt aangenomen dat alleen plastische vervorming optreedt in het van schroefdraad voorziene deel van de boutschacht.</p>\n<p>In onze Theoretische achtergrond vindt u <a data-item-id=\"c2cc67f3-4000-4959-a195-b28becf63f2a\" href=\"\">meer informatie over hoe de CBFEM methode bouten berekent en verifieert </a> Indien u meer wilt weten over CBFEM in het algemeen, dan is de volledige <a data-item-id=\"d4aa2923-a94a-4c40-8fd8-93608acbf893\" href=\"\">Algemene theoretische achtergrond </a> zeker de beste plek om mee te beginnen.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<h2>Bouten volgens de normen</h2>\n<p>Laten we eens kijken hoe de benadering van bouten in CBFEM gaat vanuit het oogpunt van individuele norm-controles. Tot nu toe ondersteunt IDEA StatiCa acht normen waarin ontwerp en/of detaillering van bouten en voorgespannen bouten wordt berekend.</p>\n<h3>Controle van bouten en voorgespannen bouten volgens de Eurocode</h3>\n<p>The initial stiffness and design resistance of bolts in shear are in CBFEM modeled according to Cl. 3.6 and 6.3.2 in EN 1993-1-8. The spring representing bearing and tension has a bi-linear force-deformation behavior with an initial stiffness and design resistance according to Cl. 3.6 and 6.3.2 in EN 1993-1-8.</p>\n<p>De initiële stijfheid en ontwerpweerstand van bouten in afschuiving zijn in CBFEM gemodelleerd volgens hoofdstuk 3.6 en 6.3.2 van EN 1993-1-8. Afmetingen van het hart van de bout tot de plaatrand en tussenafstanden van de bouten onderling worden gecontroleerd. Randafstand e = 1,2 en afstand tussen bouten p = 2,2 worden aanbevolen in tabel 3.3 in EN 1993-1-8. Gebruikers kunnen beide waarden wijzigen in de norm-instellingen.</p>\n<h3>Controle van bouten en voorgespannen bouten volgens AISC</h3>\n<p>De krachten in bouten worden bepaald door eindige elementenanalyse. De trekkrachten in de bouten zijn inclusief wrikkrachten. De boutweerstanden worden gecontroleerd volgens AISC 360 - Hoofdstuk J3.</p>\n<p><strong>Detaillering</strong></p>\n<p>De minimale afstand tussen bouten en de afstand tussen het hart van de bout en een rand van een verbonden onderdeel wordt gecontroleerd. De minimale afstand 2,66 keer (aanpasbaar in norm-instellingen) de nominale boutdiameter tussen de middelpunten van bouten wordt gecontroleerd volgens AISC 360-16 - J.3.3. Het eindsegment wordt aangegeven met een bereik van 60 ° in de richting van de krachtvector. De randsegmenten worden gedefinieerd door twee te bereiken van 65 ° loodrecht op de krachtvector. "value": "<h2>Lasmodel volgens CBFEM</h2>\n<p>IDEA StatiCa heeft een unieke methode in zijn solver, de <em>Component-based Finite Element Method (CBFEM)</em>. Het lasmodel dat in CBFEM wordt gebruikt, wordt beschreven en geverifieerd aan de hand van verschillende staalontwerpnormen. De weerstand en vervormingscapaciteit worden ook vergeleken met de belangrijkste experimentele onderzoeksprogramma's.</p>\n<p>Er zijn verschillende opties voor het benaderen van lassen in numerieke modellen. De grote vervormingen maken de mechanische analyse complex en het is mogelijk om verschillende netten te gebruiken, verschillende kinetische en kinematische variabelen en constitutieve modellen te gebruiken. Over het algemeen worden verschillende soorten geometrische 2D- en 3D-modellen toegepast en daarmee eindige elementen met hun toepasbaarheid voor verschillende nauwkeurigheidsniveaus. Het meest toegepaste materiaalmodel is het gangbare plasticiteitsmodel gebaseerd op het <a href=\"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Von_Mises_yield_criterion\" data-new-window=\"true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">von Mises vloei criterium</a>. In het ontwerpmodel wordt geen rekening gehouden met restspanning en vervorming door lassen.</p>\n<p>The load is transmitted through force-deformation constraints based on the Lagrangian formulation to the opposite plate. The connection is called multi-point constraint (MPC) and relates the finite element nodes of one plate edge to another edge or surface. The finite element nodes are not connected directly. The advantage of this approach is the ability to connect meshes with different densities. The constraint allows to model midline surface of the connected plates with the offset, which respects the real weld configuration and throat thickness. The load distribution in the weld is derived from the MPC, so the stresses are calculated in the throat section. This is important for the stress distribution in the plate under the weld and for modeling of T-stubs.</p>\n<p>De belasting wordt via krachtvervormings beperkingen op basis van de Lagrangian formulering overgebracht op de aanliggende plaat. De verbinding wordt <em>multi-point constraint (MPC)</em> genoemd en relateert de eindige-elementknooppunten van de ene plaatrand aan een andere rand of oppervlak. De eindige-elementenknooppunten zijn niet rechtstreeks met elkaar verbonden. Het voordeel van deze benadering is de mogelijkheid om deze EE-Netten met verschillende dichtheden te verbinden. Het is nu mogelijk om het middellijnoppervlak van de verbonden platen te modelleren met de offset, waarbij de werkelijke lasconfiguratie en lasdikte intact blijven. De last-verdeling in de las is afgeleid van de MPC, dus de spanningen worden berekend in de keeldoorsnede. De sterkte van CJP-groeflassen wordt verondersteld hetzelfde te zijn als het basismetaal en wordt niet gecontroleerd. In this case, the engineer's concern is the design resistance and weld utilization. </p>\n<p>The plastic redistribution in welds is used to automatically avoid the stress singularities in weld elements, to redistribute the stress further along the weld length. </p>\n<p>Hoeklassen worden gecontroleerd volgens EN 1993-1-8. In dit geval is de zorg van de gebruikerr de ontwerpweerstand en het lasgebruik. De nieuwe IDEA StatiCa versie 20.1, uitgebracht in oktober 2020, bracht verschillende verbeteringen met zich mee om het leven van de ingenieur te vergemakkelijken en het ontwerpproces te versnellen.</p>\n<h3>Export met aanbevolen lassen</h3>\n<p>Soms worden tijdens het modelleerproces in CAD-software enkele lassen weggelaten of niet correct geïmporteerd. Voor dergelijke situaties is er nu een optie <strong>om aanbevolen lassen toe te voegen</strong>. Als u deze optie kiest, wordt er gecontroleerd op mogelijk ontbrekende lassen. Voor dit doel hebben we nog een handig hulpmiddel toegevoegd om de gebruiker automatisch te helpen niet-gelaste delen van de verbinding te vinden. De geldigheid van de resultaten wordt weergegeven in een reeks voorbeelden voor elke ontwerpnorm. Het eindige-elementenmodel wordt automatisch gegenereerd, wat een groot voordeel is ten opzichte van algemene FEM-programma's. Onlangs zijn er verschillende verbeteringen aangebracht om het importeren van verbindingen vanuit CAD-software te versnellen.</p>\n<p>Lassen zijn een geweldige manier om staalverbindingen te monteren, maar constructeurs hebben een nauwkeurig en snel hulpmiddel nodig voor hun ontwerp en normcontrole.
