A model of a steel rafter anchored to the concrete block through a base plate. Part of the rafter bottom flange is cut and the base plate is welded instead. The anchorage is combined with the end plate connection of an attics' H-section purlin post. The model is solved in the IDEA StatiCa Connection app.
