Solve advanced anchoring design

​Add an unlimited number of fasteners and even combine multiple types within a single plate. The anchor types include:

• Cast-in-place (install):

  • Threaded rods with washer plates
  • Headed studs
  • Reinforcement (different shapes)
• Post-installed (bonded):

  • Straight threaded rods
  • Reinforcement bars (straight)

Work with cast-in plates in both Connection and Detail and transfer the data from one application to the other. See the complete Connection to Detail workflow in this short video.

Choose from the following erection options in the drop-down menu:

• Direct installation
• Mortar fill

  • Nuts from top only (hinge constraint)
  • Nuts from top and bottom (fixed constraint)
• Gap between base plate and foundation

When connecting steel members to concrete blocks or members, other tools don't let you design and code-check everything. Don't limit yourself to templates and use the real reinforcement for:

• Simple foundation blocks
• Multi-level pedestals
• Concrete beams
• Columns
